This valuation option offers an assessment based on the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme’s own factors as per their Trust Deed. It is used by the PSS when determining the outcome from splitting orders and differs from Family Law valuations which have mandated Methods and Factors under the Attorney General’s guidelines.
